Benore Care Homes, Ballingry

Benore Care Home was built as a turn key venture for G&J Seddon encompassing 40 bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom. Harndec were required to work in tight conditions with multiple trades undertaking their own works as the floor finishes were being installed.

Forth View Care Home, Methill

G&J Seddon awarded Harndec this 60 bedroom nursing home soon after the successful completion of Benore Care Home. Nursing Homes are required to create a suitable "homely" environment where residents are made to feel familiar and at ease with their surroundings. The expertly fitted floor coverings have a great influence on this overall effect at Forth View Care Home.
