St Ninian’s Primary School was the first Morgan Sindall project in Scotland to be awarded the most coveted ‘Perfect Delivery’ status – meaning that the project was handed over within the set timescale and with no defects. On top of this Harndec also contributed to the recent ‘Perfect Delivery’ status awarded to Woodpark Primary School.

Both of these projects were significant to Harndec due to the involvement of their newly formed Small Works Division, who played an instrumental part in the successful hand-over, completing on time and with zero snagging issues.

Overall, the South Lanarkshire Schools programme is, to date, the largest Education PPP project in the United Kingdom, involving 213,443 squared metres of development.
